Triton is a 2-day competition that tests the manager –entrepreneur’s ability to effectively manage the entire value chain from sourcing inputs to product development till marketing finished goods; from handling finances to planning for human resources. This calls for effective Team Management and decision making. Triton is all about managing the present and forecasting the future; sustaining present day growth and plotting future trajectories.
